Hi Patrick,

Thank you very much for your kind report.

We work hard to maintain the best possible readiness for our customers. 
I believe we do this better than anyone else.

If you are up and running and the system is performing, we are pleased, 
more over we will do whatever it takes to get a repair done, even send 
out a component and wait for a return, just to keep your up time max'ed.
