Hello Steve,
The Hi-Z amps are actually broadbanded from 200KHz to 30 MHz. It is the
different arrays that I make that may or may not be broadband.
I suggest you talk to W7IUV as he has done quite a bit of work using my
Hi-Z amps on VLF. Might be very enlightening. I would have to do some
testing to verify my arrays would hold amplitude and phase tracking at 630
meters.

Subject: [Hi-zreceivingarraydiscussions] Hi Z amplifier on 630m

The DXE webpage indicates the Hi-Z preamps are 300khz-30Mhz, yet other
documentation indicates 160/80/40m operation.

Is the Hi-Z preamp suitable for use on 630m (475kHz) with the 25-ft
vertical?

I understand the array spacing and phasing will be different, but I can play
with that in EZNEC.

Thanks, Steve KK7UV
