   It seems so quick for us here that the holidays and DX season has
arrived. We have been very busy here supplying inventory for our new
alliance with DX Engineering.

   We aim to make this transition as easy for customers as possible. We do
still maintain contact with any customers desiring information or service.

   One of our new ideas just got installed for the first time this week. It
is not without a couple engineering problems but first looks are pretty
encouraging. So there may be a new product in the new year.
