[Hi-zreceivingarraydiscussions] Array (4sq) not working properly

Hi Greg. Thanks for the reply. I have 2.8V at the phasing unit. I am
sending it back to Lee to have it fixed.
The LED's were on at all verticals. These are the very early version that
did not have 5v at the antenna inputs.
