Hi Randy,

Place your DVM across the element terminal and the ground terminal. Typical
E is ~4.6 +/-.

Thanks Tim. I will pull the amps off and bring them in and compare to a new
one that Lee sent me last year that he built that has not been used yet and
see where I went wrong.
